The Digital & Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit provides solutions and services that utilize digital technologies with power business capabilities, as well as essential infrastructure such as gas, logistics, water treatment, and information and communications that are indispensable to daily life. In addition, it delivers related digital solutions originating from these infrastructure assets.

Developing and improving vital production facilities and social infrastructure for modern society requires more than large capital investment. A broad array of expertise is also needed, including the formulation of master plans, implementation of feasibility studies, supply of equipment and machinery, construction, marketing, financing and project management. We have a strong track record of successfully providing infrastructure solutions all over the world, including power generation projects across multiple regions and electricity trading business mainly in Japan and the U.S.A., a gas distribution business in Brazil and Mexico, a FPSO ownership and chartering business, and a submarine communications cable project connecting Japan and the U.S.A.
