This report is an annual securities report of Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”) filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). Mitsui has not filed the Form 20-F with the SEC since the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 due to its deregistration from the SEC. The English translations of the Annual Securities Reports filed with the Director of the Kanto Local Finance Bureau pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act of Japan are on "Securities Reports".
