案件概要

毒性汚染に対する珊瑚の反応を早期に発見するため分子遺伝学ツールを適応し、珊瑚の疾患に関する研究を通じ気候変動がロケス国立公園へ与える影響について解明する。特に以下の3点について当該プロジェクトの研究目的とする。1）表層海面温度の一時的な変動、深海底や珊瑚の分布、および底質における重金属ならびに残存石油系炭化水素レベルの究明、2）珊瑚の石油系炭化水素への早期の反応に関する新たな遺伝子マーカーの特定、3）ロケス諸島の礁の健康状態への珊瑚の疾患の影響評価
