The Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China sponsors the "Visit Japanese Companies and Feel Japan" program designed to promote friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and China by arranging for Chinese university students to visit Japan.
Twice a year, about 35 university students come to Japan for one week and deepen their understanding of the country through visits to Japanese companies, interchange with Japanese university students, and homestays with Japanese families.
On each occasion, Mitsui & Co. employees cooperate in this international exchange by acting as host families, showing the students the sights of Tokyo, and sharing their family life with them.
