At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 1, 2022 and February 3, 2023, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”) resolved to repurchase its shares in accordance with Article 156 and Article 165 (3) of the Companies Act of Japan. The progress of this share repurchase are as follows.
