After a couple of years hiatus due to the pandemic, Mitsui Perth recommitted their ESG efforts by participating in Clean Up Australia Day.

Staff across different group companies cleaned up the CBD tourist attraction Elizabeth Quay, on the banks of the Swan River, and finished up at the tranquil Supreme Court Gardens.

Despite being a sweltering morning, smiles and spirits were bright with the precincts around the Mitsui office building left looking brighter too.

General Manager of the Perth Office, Mitsutaka Nakao, joined colleagues for the activity and acknowledged a need to look after the earth for future generations.  

“We will continue to be mindful of our daily deeds to strive for the betterment of our community and environment”, Mr Nakao said.
