2020 has challenged us all, but for children living in poverty the challenge has been even greater. With Christmas upon us, Mitsui’s Sydney office joined with Position Partners to support the Smith Family Toy & Book Appeal to help disadvantaged kids end 2020 on a brighter note.

Mitsui Sydney’s Office Coordinator, Yukiko Hennessy said that Christmas is the season for giving, which is why they collaborated with Position Partners to support The Smith Family.

“With even more families struggling than ever before due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has never been more vital to reach out to those who most need help, especially at Christmas,” Yukiko said. 

The Smith Family supports children who are struggling daily with the effects of financial hardship brought on by a range of circumstances including accidents, illness or unemployment within the family.
