On 28 August, 28 Japanese university students on a summer program at Monash College visited our office in Melbourne for a boardroom briefing.

The group was made up of students from a diverse range of study backgrounds including commerce, management, law, economics, agriculture, engineering, medicine, science, education and IT. The students came well prepared. They researched the company before the visit and actively participated in a Q&A session with Mitsui employees.

The visit provided the students with the opportunity to learn about Mitsui’s history and activities in Australia. A Mitsui expatriate employee also shared his experiences working overseas with them.
