In December our employees
volunteered for MS Australia, the peak body for people living with multiple
sclerosis in Australia.
The volunteers wrapped presents
for Christmas shoppers at an inner-city Melbourne shopping
centre in return for donations to MS Australia.
The volunteering took place on weekdays. Employees
used their volunteer leave entitlement provided by the company soemployees can easily help in the community.
Mitsui’s team was part of a bigger effort
involving 449 volunteers across Sydney and Melbourne who raised $34,328.35 for MS Australia.
