Activity grant

Project Description

In this project, we provide technical support for drip-fed hydroponic cultivation that is not affected by soil contamination and has low construction, maintenance, and management costs so that residents can use this support to create their own facilities and start new agriculture businesses. This technical assistance consists of the creation of demonstrate facilities making use of site borrowed from farmers in Iitate Village, Fukushima Prefecture, offering guidance on actual cultivation, and holding explanatory meetings using cultivation manuals. Interchange among local residents is also furthered through these activities.
