Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd., an overseas affiliated company of Mitsui & Co., Ltd., has been developing the business between Taiwan and Japan since the establishment of the Taipei Office in 1952.
Following its restructuring from a sales point into an overseas affiliated company in 1990, Mitsui Taiwan has provided excellent customer service to make Taiwan into a key base for cooperating with partners in Taiwan and expanding business to Japan, China, and other Asian countries, as well as America and beyond.
In 2007, Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd. received the certificate of ISO14001:2004.
In 2011, Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd. was designated an "Outstanding Foreign Firm" by the General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China.
In 2013, Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd. was awarded as “a centennial company cultivating in Taipei” from the mayor of Taipei City.
In 2018, Mitsui & Co. (Taiwan), Ltd. received the certificate of ISO14001:2015.
