Although our policy of human resources development is OJT(On the Job Training) , we also offers a variety of training programs including overseas programs in order to cultivate our staff to become active talents with a global perspective in the future.
We expect all our staff to grow as key persons not only for Mitsui Taiwan but also for all Mitsui Group through the OJT and other training programs in Taiwan and overseas.
