1. Sales Position (Mineral & Metal Resources Division)

Job description

To take care trading business and to investigate new business opportunity and new market.

  • Manage business and achieve GP(RP) objectives for each PIC fields, including support to the PIC team (Sale Co).
  • Enhance sustainable growth for PIC commodities via strategic approach to customers/suppliers to maintain/strengthen/broaden business portfolio.
  • Study and explore new potential business.
  • Strengthen collaboration within the individuals, teams, divisions, organization (management, corporate, other divisions), APU, Mitsui group to enhance individual professionalism and organization strength.
  • Understand D&I, integrity, honest communication and take action to support one another.
  • Enhance working skills/communication skills (ex. Transaction with colleagues/ taking seminars/training program/individual study etc.)

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 25-30 years.
  • Min 3 years’ experience: belonging to an organization as Sale PIC and if he/she has any experience in the Metal industry (ferrous/non-ferrous) would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading (Import/Export, and Domestic distribution), logistics, and inventory management skills.
  • Good command of English (require minimum TOEIC score 730) and basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Supportive character, team spirit, good listener and humble.
  • Enthusiastic, Logical thinking, strong negotiation, and smooth communication skill.
  • Eagerness to learn and tackle trading business, High ambitious, Aims high and Endeavor.
  • Positive thinking, Can-do attitude, having high responsibility for work.

2. Risk Management Officer (Finance and Risk Management Div.)

Area of responsibility

Cooperate with business division for business expansion by assessment creditability of customers/suppliers.

  • Assess credit line applications. Analyze financial statements of customers/suppliers.
  • Gather and update business/industry information, monitor performance (payment/delivery) of customers/suppliers.
  • Discuss with business div./other div. both local and oversea offices for appropriated business solutions.
  • Visit customer, supplier, warehouse when necessary.
  • Perform other assignments under instruction of supervisor.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 28-33 years.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in assess customer’s creditability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, and/or Economic education background.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score 730 or above is preferred).
  • Legal knowledge regarding collateral and debt collection is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP is advantage.
  • Good team player, good attitude and attentive to details.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new things.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.

3. Sales Position (Basic Chemicals Division)

Area of responsibility

Manage trading for both Import/Export and own business including logistics, and internal controls for chemical products.

  • Lead daily business operations and strategy to achieve targets, ensure stable and compliant execution, handle import/export and domestic business activities, communication effectively in English, and conduct customer visits outside Bangkok as required.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members while fostering strong relationships within the team and with customers and suppliers.
  • Set strategy/direction and lead business operations.

We are looking for

  • Male/Femail, Age: 27-35 years.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Min. 5-10 years of experience in Sales roles.
  • Being able to build relationships with customers and having strategies/direction.
  • Strong decision-making and stakeholder management.
  • The candidate demonstrates senior-level commercial experience, including customer relationship management, strategic direction setting, and problem-solving.
  • The candidate is capable of operating with limited supervision and making sound, rational decisions while balancing business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with team members.
