1. Sales Coordinator(1st Performance Chemicals Division)

Job description

Responsible for documentation for department business including control stock, arrange logistics and operation, import and export business, also input the data and monitor all internal procedures related to businesses of the department to achieve Department target. In addition, he/she has to support GM/AGM/Salesperson for business operations.

  • Precisely prepare documents (sale contract, purchase contract, purchase order, delivery order, all related shipping documents, tax invoice, etc.)
  • Contact customers/suppliers/vendors to arrange materials delivery. Inform delivery schedule to customer. Follow up shipping documents from supplier and send to customer. Keep record of shipment/delivery and make proper report once required.
  • Check customer's payment, Prepare payment to suppliers/vendors. Report to sale PIC if any problem. Always keep monitoring overdue, over credit and inventory position.
  • Control stock business operation. Check inventory, customer’s forecast/order/delivery. Take care all necessary import/export clearance procedure. Negotiate with warehouse and logistic agents for all shipment arrangement and expense.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 23-28 years.
  • Good command of English and basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • 0-3 years of work experience as a Sales Coordinator or related field.
  • Knowledge of trading (Import/Export), logistics, and inventory management skills.
  • Positive thinking and good at communication and negotiation to create good relationships with customers and colleagues, Can-do attitude.
  • Eager to learn new things and be able to catch up jobs quickly.

2. Sales Coordinator Position (Food & Retail Business Division)

Job description

Support for the execution and assignment from Sales team with good communications and cooperation.

  • Sales support for the execution after the business conclusion to delivery by assignment from Sales team with good communications.
  • Handling the documentation task i.e. Issuing Purchase and /or Sales Contracts, Invoice, Debit Note, shipping document for import products, etc.
  • Timely and precisely manage the routine workflow; payments (A/R and A/P), Workflows (Customs Clearance/delivery).
  • Well communicating with the related parties, internal (back office) and external organizations (customers, vendors, related Gov't offices).
  • Provide and arrange the reports needed by Sales team and management i.e. market reports, etc. Perform the assignment as per the requirement from Division Management.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 23-30 years.
  • 0-3 years’ experience in sales support and related field. (New graduate is also welcome but should have some background about international trade & logistics).
  • Basic Business Knowledge about food and /or related business is considerable. But it is not necessary.
  • English Language proficiency is fluent all skills (writing, reading, and speaking) for communication thru email, chat, conversation with related parties in overseas.
  • Microsoft System Using is considerable.
  • Cheerful, Hardworking, Positive thinking.
  • Work accuracy within time manner.
  • Able for long working hours but occasionally. Working under pressure within the scope of coordinating jobs.
  • Self-learning related internal and execution for business with curiosity (Flexibility with any changes).
  • Interpersonal skills, face to face communication with people inside and outside organization.

3. Sales Position (Basic Chemicals Division)

Job description

To take care trading business for industrial chemicals and agricultural chemicals including logistics and internal controls, and to investigate new business opportunity and new market.

  • To sell and buy chemical product and manage delivery.
  • To visit supplier and customers frequently to build up/maintain good relationship.
  • To find new business chances through natural conversation with suppliers and customers.
  • To accumulate knowledge about related chemical product.
  • To handle commercial, logistics, risk management issues including trouble shooting.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 25-33 years.
  • Good command of English (require minimum TOEIC score 730) and basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Sales (Sales of Chemicals is not a mandatory but preferable).
  • Knowledge of trading (Import/Export, and Domestic distribution), logistics, and inventory management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, Logical thinking, strong negotiation, and smooth communication skill.
  • Aggressiveness to visit customers and find new business opportunity.
  • Positive thinking, Can-do attitude, having high responsibility for work.

4. Sales Position (Food & Retail Business Division)

Job description

Support for the execution and assignment from Sales team with good communications and cooperation.

  • Develop new products/ new business from scratch.
  • To execute tasks related to sales and documentation i.e., import and export documentation, raw material supply and sourcing, and tasks related to FDA regulations etc.
  • To provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and coordinate with related parties to ensure customer satisfaction i.e., claims, quality issues, inquiries etc.
  • To report accurately on sales & purchase, inventory, and payment status and maintain up-to-date records i.e., Past due & Overdue, Inventory and Long/Short Position Management Report etc.
  • To complete application and registration processes through the company's internal systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 25-30 years.
  • Being able to communicate English in business communication level and Japanese is not a mandatory but preferable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Trading Business (Experience and knowledge in Food distribution, Food Retail business, FDA registration and any new Business Development are advantage)
  • Being able to use Microsoft systems.Knowledge of trading (Import/Export, and Domestic distribution), logistics, and inventory management skills.
  • Having problem-solving skill, hardworking and creative & positive attitude, challenging for new learning & new business.
  • Accuracy, Flexibility, and Punctuality. Challenge in developing new things.
  • Fast learning and adaptability to the assignment and other tasks.

5. Sales Position (Mineral & Metal Resources Division)

Job description

To take care trading business and to investigate new business opportunity and new market.

  • Manage business and achieve GP(RP) objectives for each PIC fields, including support to the PIC team (Sale Co).
  • nhance sustainable growth for PIC commodities via strategic approach to customers/suppliers to maintain/strengthen/broaden business portfolio.
  • Study and explore new potential business.
  • Strengthen collaboration within the individuals, teams, divisions, organization (management, corporate, other divisions), APU, Mitsui group to enhance individual professionalism and organization strength.
  • Understand D&I, integrity, honest communication and take action to support one another.
  • Enhance working skills/communication skills (ex. Transaction with colleagues/ taking seminars/training program/individual study etc.)

  • Min 3 years’ experience: belonging to an organization as Sale PIC and if he/she has any experience in the Metal industry (ferrous/non-ferrous) would be preferred.
  • Knowledge of trading (Import/Export, and Domestic distribution), logistics, and inventory management skills.

6. Sales Coordinator Position (Food & Retail Business Division)

Job description

Support for the execution and assignment from Sales team with good communications and cooperation.

  • To handle/monitor the execution after sales conclusion i.e. Label/Artwork, Shipment adjustment, documentation, WF input, including payment collection and solve any problem regarding the shipment as sales support.
  • To handle internal process and any tasks related to external organization e.g. FDA registration for export & import custom clearance process for new product samples etc.
  • To register new vendor/customer and material code in MGM system and implementing CVN and TCAN in STC data WF.
  • To support Sales team and Department for new business development by researching and other tasks as per the assignment.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 25-30 years.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Trading, Import-Export and Logistics (Experience and knowledge in Food related business and FDA registration are advantage)
  • English business communication skill for sales coordinator level (or above), Japanese is not a mandatory but preferable.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft System, and others.
  • Able to handle routine work, documentation, system input and able to work under pressure/urgent situation.
  • Problem solving skill, Hard-working, Creative and Positive attitude.
  • Fast learning and adaptability to the assignment and other tasks, and desire to grow and work as a salesperson in future.
