1. Risk Management Officer (Finance and Risk Management Division)

Area of responsibility

Cooperate with business division for business expansion by assessing creditability of customers/suppliers.

  • Assess credit line applications. Analyze financial statements of customers/suppliers.
  • Gather and update business/industry information, monitor performance (payment/delivery) of customers/suppliers.
  • Discuss with business div./other div. both local and oversea offices for appropriate business solutions.
  • Visit customer, supplier, warehouse when necessary.
  • Perform other assignments under instruction of supervisor.

We are looking for

  • Male/Female, age 28-33 years.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in assessing customers’ creditability.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, and/or Economic education background.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC score 730 or above is preferred)
  • Legal knowledge regarding collateral and debt collection is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP are advantages.
  • Good team player, good attitude and attentive to details.
  • Open-minded and eager to learn new things.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Able to work under pressure.

2. Sales Coordinator (Mineral & Metal Resources Division)

Area of responsibility

Manages domestic logistics as well as import and export operations, including data entry and internal process monitoring to achieve departmental objectives. Provides administrative and sales support for business activities.

  • Support in coordinating shipping related assignments for mainly steel/copper scrap business.
  • Support in divisional administration tasks (concur for GM/DGM, hotel/restaurant/ meeting room arrangement, Hotel support, Document stock, Doi Tung Basket, Diary/Calendar, Subscription etc).
  • To understand the proper business process, internal rules and input in the system properly.
  • Self-Development: To enhance working skills/communication skills, join several seminars/training sessions

We are looking for

  • Female, Age: 23-25 years.
  • Min 1 years’ experience handling shipping documents.
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates a high level of commitment to completing tasks with responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cheerful with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with team members.

3. Secretary to the President & CEO of Mitsui Thailand

Area of responsibility

Responsible for providing secretarial support to the President and administrative support to the Strategic Planning Department (SP Dept.) and related business divisions.

  • Manage the President’s schedule, including business trips, and oversee general administrative tasks such as report preparation, application submissions, and payment processing, while ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Arrange the President's business trips, internal/external meetings, business entertainment (including golf). Support the President's activities related to JCC, JAT, TJA, TJA school.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including customer secretariats, associations, and service providers.
  • Establish good communication and support Mitsui/Mitsiam business and corporate divisions, affiliate companies, Tokyo HQ office and other AP offices in relation to the President's activities.
  • Collaborate closely as a member of the Corporate Planning/Strategic Planning Department to ensure seamless support for both departmental functions and the President’s office.

We are looking for

  • Female, Age 27–35 years.
  • Female candidates aged between 27–35 years.
  • Several years of experience in a secretary or executive support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels.
  • Sound understanding of Japanese business culture and professional etiquette.

4. Sales Coordinator (Food & Retail Business Division)

Area of responsibility

Manages domestic logistics as well as import and export operations, including data entry and internal process monitoring to achieve departmental objectives. Provides administrative and sales support for business activities.

  • Handling daily document transactions, customs clearance, invoices, and service to customers with full scope of documentation.
  • Control and arrange logistic management both inbound and outbound effectively with logistic providers company, warehouse and shipping line.
  • Handle Credit Control effectively to avoid over-credit/past due.
  • Taking care of documents related to import/export, domestic business and input in the system properly.
  • Administrative tasks for team such as report making support and meeting arrangement.

We are looking for

  • Female, Age: 24-27 years
  • Good communication skill in English.
  • Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrates a high level of commitment to completing tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with team members.
