Project Description

Cooperating with Minamisanriku's Fishery Division to conduct an underwater survey of fishing grounds heavily damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and assess the impact of the tsunami on the ecosystems in these areas. The results of this research will be shared with fisherpeople and fishery divisions and will contribute to the resumption of the fishing industry (particularly near-shore fishing)
