Sustainability and well-being- the concept of four types of capital and their limits

Research grant

Project Description

Sustainability should not be narrowed down to just environmental sustainability, but should also focus more broadly on social and economic aspects. Focus on the 4 types of capital (human capital, social capital, natural capital and community capital) and well-being, consider the theoretical and practical aspects, and integrate them to suggest a new model for a sustainable society. Also consider problems that cannot be resolved with the four types of capital, such as the balance between and within generations, risk trade-offs, etc.
