Trial to measure effectiveness of PBL (Problem Based Learning) method to increase environmental awareness education in Indonesia

Research grant

Project Description

The environmental awareness of Indonesia's citizens is essential for the environmental problems of the city, especially regarding improvement of household problems of waste and water, and the improvement of urban environmental infrastructure. This research proposes and verifies an environmental learning program aimed at Indonesia's city residents on the premise of the introduction of a method called PBL (Problem Based Learning). A trial is being carried out to measure the effectiveness of the program, which is aimed to help parents, children, and teachers grasp the reasons for the driving forces behind environmental problems.
