To build on this foundation of open-mindedness and provide solutions to the various social issues that we now face, we need to become a unified cross-industry team made up of strong individuals with diverse values and backgrounds. In order to develop business as a united group, Mitsui has positioned, as a key theme in its human resources strategy, the promotion of inclusion for the creation of inclusive environments, and we are implementing various measures to achieve that.
