Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo; President and CEO: Tatsuo Yasunaga) announced today a 45,000 US dollar donation by Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, to aid relief and recovery efforts in areas of Louisiana that were devastated by Hurricane Laura which struck the region in August 2020.
Additionally, Mitsui USA offices are giving a total of 15,000 US dollars in donations to aid communities affected by the recent, catastrophic wildfires in California, Washington and Oregon.

Mindful of the devastation caused by these disasters, the company hopes that these contributions will provide some measure of relief to those who continue to be affected.
