The Fundação Mitsui Bussan do Brasil, will make a donation in the amount of R$ 100,000.00 through the Instituto da Criança, a non-profit organization, for the acquisition of basic necessities, in solidarity with the victims of the relentless heavy rain in Rio Grande do Sul. 

About the Mitsui Bussan do Brasil Foundation - The Mitsui Bussan do Brasil Foundation was established in February of 2008 by Mitsui & Co. (Brasil) S.A., through initial investments from Mitsui & Co (Brasil) S.A., Mitsui Rail Capital Latin America (MRCLA), Mitsui Alimentos and Mitsui Gás e Energia do Brasil. The Foundation supports activities in the areas of Community Contribution, Environmental Conservation, Human Resources Development and International Exchange between Brazil and Japan in order to the strengthening of the friendship and the development of partnership between these two countries.
