Mitsui & Co., Ltd. ("Mitsui", Head Office: Tokyo, President and CEO: Kenichi Hori) has received Daiwa Investor Relations' Excellence Award for the 2022 Internet IR Award, and the Grand Prize in the Sustainability category of the 2022 Internet IR Award.
This is the second consecutive year for Mitsui to receive these awards in each category.

The award selection process is carried out by Daiwa Investor Relations (Daiwa IR), who evaluates and scores the IR websites of approximately 4,000 listed companies in Japan based on their own criteria, and selects companies whose IR web sites are functioning effectively in the areas of disclosure and communications.
According to Daiwa IR, Mitsui was highly evaluated in its proactive disclosure of ESG-related information necessary for dialogue with investors as well as for IR events.
For the Sustainability category, the company was highly evaluated for its basic sustainability policies, management structures, and key issues, as well as its approach to social issues related to the environment such as climate change, and for its disclosure of quantitative data.
