"Mitsui & Co. Group Conduct Guidelines -With Integrity" were formulated and released in November 2018 to share our approach toward integrity and compliance on a global group basis for sustainable growth as a group.
After 5 years have passed, we revised the Guidelines reflecting changes in the business environment by highlighting respect for human rights, health and safety, diversity and inclusion, and cybersecurity risk management etc.
The Guidelines in other languages (currently in 11 languages) will be also prepared and we continuously promote further understanding and permeation of the key principles and core elements of the Guidelines that our group values through our awareness-raising initiatives.
