Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Tokyo; President and CEO: Tatsuo Yasunaga) announced today a 100,000 US dollar donation by Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary, to aid relief efforts in the areas devastated by Hurricane Harvey following the historic rains and flooding that struck the Texas and Louisiana region in August 2017.

Mindful of the devastation caused by this disaster, the company hopes that this contribution will provide some measure of relief to those who continue to suffer in the wake of this tragedy.
