This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us in any way, in alignment with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection and its implementing regulations, as may be amended from time to time (“PDP Act”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to ensure you understand our Personal Data protection practices in processing your Personal Data. Acknowledgement and Consent

By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the terms set out herein. Specifically, you agree and give consent to us to process your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We process and store your Personal Data in Indonesia and outside Indonesia, both physically and electronically.

Your Personal Data may be stored, either electronically or physically, for up to five (5) years from the completion of these purposes, unless applicable laws require us to retain and store the Personal Data for longer period. Please note that some of your Personal Data may still be retained or held by third parties, including authorized government institutions, in certain ways. If we share your Personal Data with authorized government institutions and/or other institutions designated by or in cooperation with the government, you acknowledge and agree that retention of your Personal Data by these institutions will follow each institution's data retention policies.

Sharing Your Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data with other third-parties (as detailed below), both domestically and internationally, acting as our data processors (and, where applicable, joint controllers, which we will inform you about separately as needed), while fulfilling our obligations. By agreeing, you consent to us sharing your Personal Data with details as follows:

We may share data such as company name, department, position, address, name, zip code, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address, etc.

2. Scope and Purpose of Use

Personal Data sharing will be within the bounds of the described purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. Data sharing extends to:

  • Our affiliated companies listed in our financial statements and other related companies;
  • Authorized government institutions, as required by applicable laws or to protect our rights;
  • Your reference or any persona, to the extent necessary, in our view, to provide a service to you or to consider your application for employment.

3. Offshore Data Transfer

We may need to transfer your Personal Data outside Indonesia to our related companies or affiliates or otherwise. Where we do so, we will comply with cross border restrictions set out in the PDP Act to the overseas transfer or Personal Data.

We may also use or disclose your Personal Data as long as any identifying information has been removed, so the data, either alone or combined with other available data, cannot identify you.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Data. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, conducting recruitment selection work, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when ew believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or other's rights, property, or safety.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

We are committed to protecting your rights as a data subject under the PDP Act, including the rightsto access, request information related to processing, request copies, complete, update, rectify,withdraw consent, request restrictions, and/or request the deletion of your Personal Data.

In the event that you withdraw your consent or request the deletion of your Personal Data,please note that this may impact our ability to fulfill our obligations in a legal relationship with you to achieve the purposes stated here.

After receiving your request to withdraw consent, we will inform you of the potential consequences of this withdrawal so that you can decide whether you still wish to proceed with the withdrawal.

We may deny your request to amend your Personal Data and/or restrict processing in accordancewith applicable laws and regulations including the PDP Act.
