Responsible for undergoing 1 year program of On-the Job Training in Business and/or Corporate Division proactively

Willing to be placed in any Business and/or Corporate Division for OJT and permanent assignment

Support projects and processes with close supervision, occasionally collaborating across division, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and solves routine problems using standard procedures.

Finance, Accounting, Tax Staff |
-
Responsible in handling and monitoring daily finance and accounting activities such as payment request / payment settlement process.

Responsible for tax related matters in daily transaction (VAT invoice issuance, Income tax reporting, etc).

Responsible in monthly accounting reporting, such as PL analysis, etc.
-
Work closely with all team member and other division in order to support company business process and daily operational.

Building a good relationship and communication with the related external party such as Tax Office.

Human Resources Admin Staff |
-
Responsible in HR General Administration task; including payment process, update and maintain employee's database, company letter issuance, training registration to vendor, etc.
-
Executing HR operations for expatriate relations, including the alignment of work & stay permit compliance, and visa support for company’s visitors from overseas.

Handling onboarding and offboarding of expatriate employee.

Support other HR activities (company's events, training, projects, etc.)

Work closely with all team member and other division in order to support company business process and daily operational.
