1. Employee in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d) – full-time 38.5 hrs/week - permanent employment

Your tasks:

  • Preparation and review of tax declarations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations
  • Diligent and careful maintenance of tax records and documentation
  • Close collaboration with internal departments to gather necessary information for tax returns
  • Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations and assessing their impact on the company
  • Assisting with audits and inquiries from tax authorities
  • Advising and supporting team members on tax matters
  • Providing tax advice to business departments
  • Proactively developing and presenting measures to avoid/reduce potential tax risks for the company
  • Advising business departments on improving company performance

Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed qualification as a certified accountant, tax specialist, or similar qualification
  • Professional experience in the tax field, ideally in an international environment
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting
  • Solid knowledge of tax laws and regulations in Germany and the EU
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very good SAP and MS Office user skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving competence
  • Ability to identify areas for improvement
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A high degree of independence, initiative, and commitment
  • Quick comprehension as well as a proactive, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • Very good communication skills

2. HR Specialist (m/f/d) - full time 38.5 hrs/week - permanent employment

Your tasks:

  • Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Supervision of appraisal processes
  • Satisfaction analysis
  • Revision and creation of internal rules
  • Communicating with the HR departments within our European corporate structure
  • Participation in the digitalisation of internal work processes


Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of labour, collective bargaining, social security and tax law
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent conflict management and very good communication skills
  • Self-confident demeanour
  • A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment
  • Quick comprehension skills as well as a proactive, structured and goal-orientated way of working
  • Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
  • Team spirit and reliability
  • Very good MS Office user skills
