1. HR Specialist (m/f/d) - full time 38.5 hrs/week - permanent employment

Your tasks:

  • Personnel planning and support of hiring processes
  • Advising and supporting employees and managers on HR-related issues
  • Preparation of employment contracts
  • Maintaining and managing personnel files and internal systems
  • Implementation of individual personnel measures
  • Supervision of appraisal processes

Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed degree in personnel management or commercial training with experience in personnel management

  • Self-confident demeanour
  • A high degree of independence, initiative and commitment

2. Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Nutrition & Agriculture Business Development Department - full time 38,5 hrs/week - permanent employment

Your tasks:

  • Maintain existing customer relationships and business
  • Acquire and expand new customer relationships
  • Expand networks with European organizations, especially in the field of animal nutrition/health
  • Develop new business ideas in the field of Nutrition & Agriculture
  • Research business trends and regulations in Europe
  • Cooperation with other Mitsui business and corporate units globally and cross-industry
  • Close cooperation with HQ and alignment with Mitsui’s global strategy
  • Support to maintain and grow sales activities
  • Credit assessment, application for credit lines, credit line review, monitoring of credit line maturities incl. documentation in cooperation with the Risk Management Department
  • Processing of import and export orders including the corresponding documentation
  • Logistics Management: Organization of deliveries in cooperation with freight companies
  • Support of the General Manager (direct reporting) under Regional Director’s coaching
  • Contribute to the further development of our internal execution processes
  • Travel (approx. 30%) especially in Europe

Your qualification:

  • Successfully completed studies in agricultural sciences, specialising in animal nutrition or veterinary sciences
  • Work experience in the field of agricultural and nutrition is advantageous
  • Experience in trading business
  • Business fluent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Very good communication skills
  • An independent, well-structured and solution-orientated way of working
  • A proactive and innovative team spirit and a high degree of reliability
  • Enjoy working in a diverse and international team
  • Willingness to travel
