On November 30, 2017, Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd. ("Mitsui & Co. Real Estate"), a subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd., completed the construction of Daitoshi Shinden Nishimachi Logistics Center, a development in Daito City, Osaka Prefecture.

The facility is situated near the Kadoma Junction, where the Kinki Expressway and the Second Keihan Highway cross, allowing for a wide delivery range across Osaka City and the entire Kinki area. With a center floor load of 1.5t/m2 and a ceiling beam height clearance of 5.5m the highly versatile space was developed to reflect the needs of the tenants.

Utilizing the network and wealth of knowledge accumulated within the Mitsui Group, Mitsui & Co. Real Estate responds to logistical needs of Mitsui affiliates and customers across many business fields, driving integrated logistics facility development projects all the way from site acquisition to development of facilities and tenant occupancy.

In addition to this project, Mitsui & Co. Real Estate is currently working on two developments in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and one in the Kinki area. We will continue to develop locations in accordance with logistical needs, providing industrial infrastructure which can be utilized for many years to come.
