Mitsui provides aid to victims of the Victorian Bushfires

Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd. announced today that it will contribute $100,000 towards relief efforts for the Victorian bushfire disaster.

The funds will be contributed towards the 2009 Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund, launched by the Victorian State Government in partnership with the Australian Red Cross and the Australian Federal Government to assist individuals and communities affected by the fires.

On behalf of all Mitsui employees, we offer our heartfelt condolences to the families and victims of the bushfires.
