It was discovered that two Business Intelligence Dashboards (hereinafter called “Dashboards”), which include HR data of employees hired in our offices in the Asia and Oceania regions, excluding Japan, were allowing access to some personal information of retirees (see below) within our company network beyond the scope of viewing authorization, due to design and testing deficiencies in the Dashboards caused by our contracted vendor. We would like to sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused.
