Ground breaking ceremony held for office building redevelopment project in Singapore’s central business district

On March 3, 2017 Mitsui & Co. held a Ground Breaking Ceremony in honor of a collaborative office building redevelopment project with Ascendas-Singbridge Group and Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. in Singapore’s Central Business District.

The grand ceremony was attended by of Mitsui & Co. President Tatsuo Yasunaga, Group CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge Miguel Ko, and Chairman of Tokyo Tatemono Makio Tanehashi, as well as other project officials.

For this redevelopment project, the existing office building (CPF building) will be demolished, and a new Grade A office building with F&B components will be constructed and scheduled for completion by mid-2020. The aim of this redevelopment is to create a new landmark in Singapore by combining the experience and know-how of each company with quality design and high functionality.
