The purpose of the Website is to provide information about our business on a non-binding basis only and is NOT an offer or inducement to buy or sell any products or services.

The General conditions of Sale and Delivery and the General Purchasing Conditions of Mitsui shall not be altered by the Website, unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions or agreed in writing.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis and Mitsui reserves the right to withdraw or amend the service it provides on the Website without notice (see below). Mitsui will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
