Mitsui USA's 5 & 10 Million Dollar Club Awardees Announced

Today the Mitsui USA New York head office presented awards to its associated companies that reached a 5 & 10 million dollar Profit After Tax (PAT) contribution to Mitsui USA's consolidated financial results for fiscal year ending March 31, 2005.

The "10 Million Dollar Club" was created last year to award Mitsui USA Group Companies that achieved a strong earnings power of $10 million or more. Additionally, this year, the "5 Million Dollar Club" was established to recognize companies that achieved a $5 million PAT, which is Mitsui USA's minimum goal set for its associated companies. Altogether, thirteen companies were initiated into the Clubs.

Five companies were recognized for their 10 Million Dollar contribution:

Champions Pipe & Supply, Inc.

*Intercontinental Terminals Company

*MBK Real Estate, Ltd.

*Pacific Coast Recycling, LLC.

Portac, Inc.

Eight companies were recognized for their 5 Million Dollar contribution:

Hannibal Industries Inc.

J.I.T. Steel, Inc.

Mi-Tech Steel, Inc.

Mitsui Comtek Corp.

Novus International, Inc.

Tri-Net Logistics Management, Inc.

Westport Petroleum, Inc.

Ventura Foods, LLC.

The annual occasion brought together 37 CEOs of Mitsui USA Group Companies (owned more than 50%) with Mitsui USA's President, Executive & Senior Vice Presidents and General Managers of corporate departments for an appreciation luncheon and awards ceremony, preceded by compliance, management policy and corporate governance seminars.
