Mitsui USA's 10 Million Dollar Club Awardees Announced

Today the Mitsui USA New York head office presented its "10 Million Dollar Club Awards" at the Group Companies CEO Meeting to companies which contributed 10 million dollars each to Mitsui USA's consolidated financial results for fiscal year ending March 31, 2004.

Five companies were recognized for this accomplishment:

• Intercontinental Terminals Company
  
• MBK Real Estate, Ltd.
  
• Novus International, Inc.
  
• Pacific Coast Recycling, LLC
  
• Ventura Foods, LLC
  

The annual occasion brought together 27 CEOs of Mitsui USA companies (owned more than 50%) with the company's President, Senior Vice Presidents and General Managers of all business departments for an appreciation luncheon and awards ceremony, followed by a compliance and internal audit function seminar regarding the importance of corporate governance.
